Mr Wash Car Wash

Avoid membership. System error trap and zero accountability. As a loyal customer for years, I put up with the cramped Silver Spring site, but their recent behavior is unacceptable. I canceled my membership in June—their site clearly confirmed "CANCELED." After not being charged in July, they randomly billed me today. When I showed customer support proof of their own system error, they hid behind policy and refused a refund. Had to file a bank dispute. Beware of their membership system.

I’m in the area from New York one thing about Maryland. They are not known for having car washes. There are a lot of gas station car washes out there at the job especially for hard on grime. Came here and met MNG MOISES, he was very kind patient and informative. I went through the wash once and it did not clean my car. There was still a lot of crust and debris on it. Spoke to Moises and he assured me that it was OK to go through again. The second time he used the power washer that got everything off. It’s so important to have good customer services like Moises so people even from out of state will remember to return once they’re back in the area.

It's the only car wash like this in town that I know of, otherwise I would choose a different one. They have workers that are there that really don't do much at all. The little pre-spray they do is sporadic at best. Value for your money, it's a tough call for me. I don't think it's worth it. There are so many other car washes that are much better, like Mod Wash or even Flagship, but I am just using it currently out of necessity.

My car was dirty and needed a good clean. The employee tried to upsell me on paying 24.99 a month for a car wash. I told him no and that I only wanted to do a 1 time car wash. He then tried to push a booklet for additional wash package for 99 dollars. I paid 30 dollars for a one time wash and it took more time to convince them to just do a single wash than to actually get it done. My car was washed but bearly can if be called that. There is still dirt on my car that should have been cleaned off. Save the 30 dollars and just go else where.

I went to Mr. Car Wash and was told the 30 days of service for $24.99. I did not want a membership. However my account was charged for service that I didn't agree to or sign up for. I am Still trying connect with their customer service. Automatically charging an account without permission is criminal.
